Coastal (All Purpose) Service was founded on Vancouver Island in 2021, during a time when many people were overwhelmed, stretched thin, and unsure who they could rely on. Homes still needed care, properties still needed attention, and not everyone had the time, tools, or support to handle it alone.
What started as one local business owner stepping in to help neighbours has grown into a small, dedicated team providing reliable home and property services across British Columbia.
In 2024, Coastal Service expanded into the Lower Mainland, bringing the same hands-on approach and personal care to Greater Vancouver. We remain intentionally small — so our clients aren’t just another job on a list, and every property gets the attention it deserves.
We understand that a home is more than just a building. It’s an investment, a responsibility, and often a source of stress when things go wrong or sit unattended. That’s why we focus on showing up, communicating clearly, and taking care of properties as if they were our own.
